Flora:

Coast Rica is also home to many kinds of trees like these bamboo trees.	Coast Rica is also home to tons of different plants and fruits like this thingy and yes it's a plant.	Achiote fruit.
And here is somthing nobody can live without thee amazing Cacao fruit. The Cacoa fruit makes chocolate.	Here is another plant the beautiful Costus	And here is the most important thing people need this is a cotton flower.

Fauna:

     Costa Rica is home to a wide variety of animals. Twenty-five percent of the land is protected by law. That's the most for any one country in the world. One of Costa Rica's National Parks,Tortuguero National Park, is home to many creatures, including, spiders, monkeys, sloths, birds, and reptiles. The park is known mostly for the endangered Green Turtle that lays it's eggs in the park. Giant leatherback, hawksbill, and loggerhead turtles also nest there. The name Tortuguero actually means "full of turtles". It's also where 320 different species of birds call home.  

     The Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve is home to 2,000 plant species, 400 different bird species, and over 100 mammals.

Costa Rica nature consist of rainforests and huge forests. They also have great beaches with amazing reefs with tons of tropical fish. 

     Costa Rica is home to about 500,000 species, which is 4% of the species of the total worldwide!  About 300,000 of those species are insects! As a whole over 800 birds have been identified. The Central American Squirrel monkey also lives there but has become endangered due to deforestation, illegal pet trading, and hunting. 

    Costa Rica has been long famous for bird watchers because the country has almost 850 species of birds, more than all of North America! 

Coast Rica is home to many animals one of them is the crocodile. Did you know you can see a croc's teeth but an alligator you can't.	Heliconius Doris Linnaeus butterfly of Costa Rica	Costa Rica is also home to a ton of reptiles and amphibians including the fastest living reptile the spiny-tailed iguana.
Costa Rica is home to one of the rarest frogs the red-eyed tree frog.	Costa Rica is also home to the Poison Dart Frog.	Here is another animal that lives in Costa Rica the Coatis and here is a fun fact for you if sit down on the floor next to one and spray some perfume or  colon on your leg the Coatis will rub his paws on the spot where the colon/perfume is and then rub his paws on his tail so it'll smell good.
The Butterfly Garden is a chance to see the georgous butterflies of Costa Rica up close. As walking through different habitats, you will see the zingy "Halloween," black and yellow "Zebra Longwing," the "Owl," or "Floating Tiger" butterflies. In the Highlands enclosure, gorgeous "Blue Morpho" butterflies swoop and soar, landing on tropical plants, where even at rest, they shimmer in the sunlight. Added bonus, a leaf cutter nest.	An anhinga drying its feathers (UP). Is frequently seen soaring high in the sky overhead. Is a graceful flier and can travel long distances without flapping its wings.	And here is one of the most beautiful animals in Costa Rica, the Macaw. There is no other bird as tropical as a Macaw. It is not just a colorful bird it is also a loyal, loving, lifelong companion.
